Although Ideal for their 1980s Lifestyle, their Home Needed Refocusing for the 2020s.

This beloved home, built in 1987, has been central to the owners’ close-knit family for over three-and-a-half decades.  After weighing the financial and emotional costs of giving up their living situation and neighborhood, the empty nesters decided that staying in place would be the wisest course.
