Reconstruction

After vetting the property and developing the design plan, we strip the house down to frame and foundation, leveraging the value of those reusable structural elements. The design and floorplan are usually reconfigured for enhanced flow, livability, overall appeal, and desirability, sometimes with added square footage, porches, decks, or expanded garages. We replace windows, insulation, all mechanicals, drywall, trim, cabinetry, appliances, and finishes with high-quality new components, essentially rebuilding the home as new.
